french carp lake syndicate

Hi

I am looking for 250 members to form a syndicate on a complex of two lakes in northwest france,

The price will be £1500 per person which will entitle each member to actually own a share in this fishery and will have access to two weeks free fishing per year for life, members will be allowed to sell on their share at whatever price they see fit and also if the syndicate should ever decide to sell the fishery they should see a return on their investment dependant on the sale price.

The fishery will operate between march and october giving the fish a rest through the winter months.

The lakes are 6 and 8 acres and have 14 swims between them and each contain around 200 carp to over fifty pounds with lots of fish around the 30 to 40 pounds mark and plenty of 20's.

The smaller lake also has a good head of catfish to over 90 pounds.

There is also a half acre stock pool which supplies around 3 or 4, 20 pound+ carp per year and these are usually stocked during the winter closed season.

I will only be taking contact details in the first instance to assess potential numbers and then if we have enough members to go ahead everyone who has registered interest will be contacted and places will be given to the first 250 members to pay the fee.

i am waiting for the full details of the fishery to arrive from the current owners, so i cant really tell you much about it, but i believe it is one of the most highly regarded fisheries in france.

I will scan and post details on the fishery on this page as soon as possible,
